Class Format

   Culinary demos are approximately 2 ½ hours, including one break.
   Each group will receive a recipe packet and a sampling of all items made.
   Demonstration only or limited tasting classes are available for larger groups.

   An abbreviated class (50 minutes) is available to accommodate school groups from 10-30 students.

Bread of Life
In John 6:35 Jesus said, “I AM the Bread of Life, he who comes to Me shall never hunger”. Let us bake bread and learn the significance of the first of Jesus’ I AM’s.
Breakfast at the Sea
In John Chapter 21, Jesus calls to His disciples, “Come and Eat Breakfast”. Learn of God’s amazing grace as we prepare a breakfast menu together.
The Great Commission
All four Gospels reveal the mighty command, “to make disciples of all the world.” We will follow the Apostle Paul with a culinary eye as we sample dishes from the places he journeyed to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ.
A Broken Life Restored
God shows us throughout Scripture how He alone can restore a life that seems hopelessly broken. Using a sauce as our metaphor, we will make... break... and restore it as we learn of Jesus’ great mercy.
Let Us Give Thanks
Psalm130:1 tells us to“Give thanks to the Lord for He is good”. We will prepare edible gifts from the kitchen as we learn about thankfulness.
Feeding the Multitudes
In our Lord’s hands, a little goes a long way! Let us follow Jesus’ example and use a few basic ingredients to create a nourishing meal for your family or friends.

Son, Heed My Direction
Proverbs instructs us to listen to the teaching of God. Pastry also demands careful instruction. Listen as we learn some basics in pastry arts.

The pursuit of wisdom, like honey is rigorous, but pleasant. Sample dishes with the sweetness of honey as we explore this lesson in Proverbs 24:13-14.
The Oil of Gladness
We learn in Hebrews 1:9 how the anointing with oil represents the love of righteousness. Let us discover the many reasons why this simple ingredient is indispensable in any kitchen.
